Travel restrictions
You ensure that you are compliant with all applicable laws due to any kind of travel restrictions and accommodation stay. You are up to date and have read all relevant government travel policy and will ensure to let us know if you are unsure of restrictions, if you are not compliant or if you are feeling unwell.
Cancellations
Cancellations 3 months or more prior to arrival – payment will be refunded less an administrative fee.
Cancellations 1-3 months prior to arrival – 50% of the payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations less than one month prior to arrival – 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 3pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise arranged.
No Party Policy
Our focus is on providing a peaceful escape. We ask that you refrain from parties and noisy behaviour. If you wish to have visitors during your stay, please discuss with us.
Please note* – ID checks may be necessary to confirm your booking and verify your payment details. Cancellation is at our sole discretion.
